Condensed circuit training
30 Minute "Metabolic Circuit" 
 
 
 
 Imagine this routine continued for a 30 minute session!! 
 
The #1 excuse for opting out of an exercise and personal training program is "not enough time".  After hearing this excuse time and time again, we were prompted to develop what we like to call a "metabolic circuit". This is a 30 minute, full body, functional training circuit like you have NEVER experienced. 
 
If you have 30 minutes-----then we have your results!

Flexibility
Solo or Partner
The most often overlooked component of physical fitness is flexibility. Our 20 minute flexibility sessions will provide a "head to toe" manipulation of muscle groups to increase joint range of motion and muscle elasticity, thereby reducing the risk of injury. Flexibility sessions are most beneficial for athletes, post-rehab, and those individuals who's occupation requires many hours spent in front of the computer and/or seated at a desk.
