The process?
  • Initial contact via telephone
  • Establish goals
  • Determine if any barriers exist
  • Develop exercise program (emailed to you in spreadsheet format)
  • Develop instructional video (a link to the video will be emailed to you)
  • Each month, you will receive a new exercise program AND instructional video
  • Determine scheduled times for sessions to occur
  • Implement exercise plan
  • Take part in coaching sessions 1-3 times per week.
 
 
 
 
This type of program allows the client to establish accountability all the while receiving support in, not only that area, but other areas as well. We will develop a program and are only an email, text message, or phone call away to offer support for you. We have a library of exercises for you to view (if needed) to ensure proper form during your workouts. In addition, we offer nutritional support in addition to the fitness coaching program.
 
 
Email/Telephonic fitness coaching provides flexibility for you, the client, as these sessions can occur at your convenience: on your lunch break, before work, after work, etc.
