  •                How long will the workshop last?
                                2-4 Hours depending on which Level workshop is purchased. 
 
  •               Can players attend this workshop?
                               The initial portion of each workshop is targeted for coaches only. The players can    attend the second half, and actually should attend in order to receive hands-on instruction.
 
  •               Will we need to purchase kettlebells, ropes, and sandbells before the workshop?
                                 NO. You will recieve the tools included in the particular Level workshop you purchase....we bring the tools, use them throughout the workshop, and leave them for the athletes to use.
 
  •                Can we buy additional ropes or sandbells or ketttlebells.
                                   Please notify us within 2-3 days of your scheduled workshop if you intend to purchase additional products.  If in stock, we can bring them to the workshop.
 
  •               How long will it take after we enter our information to schedule a workshop?
                                   You will receive correspondence within 24 hours via email or phone to schedule your workshop.
 
What topics will be covered during the workshop?
                                   Kettlebell v/s dumbbell, Proper technique for each movement, (whether it be a kettlebell, rope, or sandbell movement/drill) which focuses on anatomy & biomechanics, benefits of each movement, individual drills, drills combining all 3 tools, program design, "hands on" session with coaches and/or players, Q & A segment.
