Flexibility
The most often overlooked component of physical fitness is flexibility. Our 20 minute flexibility sessions will provide a "head to toe" manipulation of muscle groups to increase joint range of motion and muscle elasticity, thereby reducing the risk of injury. Flexibility sessions are most beneficial for athletes, post-rehab, and those individuals who's occupation requires many hours spent in front of the computer and/or seated at a desk.
Fitness Coaching
This type of program allows you to establish accountability all the while receiving support in, not only that area, but other areas as well. We will develop a program and are only an email, text message, or phone call away to offer support for you. We have a library of exercises for you to view (if needed) to ensure proper form during your workouts. In addition, we offer nutritional support in addition to the fitness coaching program.
Email/Telephonic fitness coaching provides flexibility for you, the client, as these sessions can occur at your convenience: on your lunch break, before work, after work, etc. We will schedule weekly 'sessions' to be conducted via phone, email, instant messenger, or text.
